Molly Kempel has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at Vo2max Fitness until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager at Ergopedia. In 2015, they became the Director of Business Development at K logix, a position they held until 2017. Molly then joined Humanyze, initially as a Marketing Director from 2017 to 2018, and later as the Senior Director and Head of Marketing from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they joined Shamaym as their Director of Lead Generation, where they helped establish the company in the North American marketplace. Molly also worked as the Director of B2B Marketing at Penn Foster from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Molly is working at M-Files, first as the VP of Demand Generation from 2021 to 2023, and currently as the VP of Growth Marketing.

Molly Kempel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from the Van Loan School at Endicott College. Molly also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Functional Nutrition & Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Framingham State University.

In terms of certifications, Molly Kempel has completed numerous programs. These include "Selling for Impact" from Winning by Design in January 2023, "Nutrition coach" from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in November 2021, and "Managing Complex Teams" from Harvard Business School in June 2019. Molly also obtained a certification in "Digital Media Marketing" from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in May 2017. Molly Kempel is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and they possess a certification in "Pragmatic Marketing" from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) as well.
