Rafael Soares

Rafael Soares has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rafael started their career as an Indoor Research Navigation Project specialist at Florida International University in 2015. In 2017, they worked as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Sepel-Servicos E Projetos Eletricos. Later that year, they joined Pagar.me as an Incident Management Specialist, where they worked until 2020. Rafael then moved to M-Files and held multiple roles, starting as an Application Support Engineer in 2020, then progressing to Cloud Operations Specialist in 2021, and currently serving as a Senior Cloud Operations Specialist from 2022 to the present.

Rafael Soares completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Piauí from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, they pursued a study abroad program at the College of Engineering at Tennessee Technological University from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Electrical Engineering.
