Sanna Lukkari

Sanna Lukkari has over 20 years of experience in service management and business change roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of EMEA Service Management at M-Files since September 2017, Sanna also held the position of Service Manager. Prior to M-Files, Sanna worked at Fujitsu Finland from April 2013 to August 2017 as both System Manager and Business Change Manager. Sanna's experience includes a tenure at Nice-business Solutions Finland Oy as a Business Change Manager and roles at Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks, where responsibilities included Transition Owner and Software Designer, respectively. Sanna's extensive background reflects a strong expertise in managing service delivery and driving business transformations.
