Tapio Luostarinen

Tapio Luostarinen has extensive work experience in various roles. Tapio started their career in 2006 as a Software Tester at eQ Bank, where they developed automated testing tools, created requirement specifications, and participated in designing user interfaces for trading software. Tapio also served as a deputy project manager during their time there.

In 2008, Luostarinen joined Comtra Oy as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed projects until 2013.

From 2012 to 2013, Luostarinen worked at the National Bureau of Investigation as a Research Assistant and later as a Scientist. Tapio conducted research on pattern recognition technologies and implemented a pattern recognition algorithm for a shoeprint database based on the results.

Since joining M-Files Corporation in 2013, Luostarinen has held multiple roles. Tapio started as a System Specialist and then progressed to become a Solution Architect. In this position, they designed M-Files solutions for large Finnish and international customers, led teams during system implementations, and provided technical support for salespersons. Tapio'swork also included project management, mentoring, customer training, and operational development. As of January 2017, they held the position of Senior Solution Architect and then transitioned to the role of Senior Product Expert in January 2021.

Tapio Luostarinen completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Aalto University. Tapio attended the university from 2005 to 2012.
