Tero Putkonen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position is at M-Files, where they are the Director of Partner Support Programs. In May 2015, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, in December 2015, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Lastly, in August 2019, they acquired another ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert.
