Suz Hahn

Suz Hahn currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at M Financial Group, where responsibilities include the creation of learning programs focused on ROI through enhanced engagement and talent retention. Previously, at Daimler Truck North America, Suz managed learning and development initiatives for 22,000 employees across 24 locations and was a representative on global learning teams. As a Learning Architect, Suz designed comprehensive learning solutions for 5,000 employees, achieving over 90% positive feedback on a new employee orientation program. Earlier career experiences include freelance instructional design and management roles at Knowledge Universe, where leadership in instructional design led to effective training solutions for 30,000 employees. Suz holds a Master's degree in Teaching from Concordia University-Portland and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from Willamette University.
