Dave Cowell

Dave Cowell serves as the Head of Leadership, Learning & Development at M Group Services since March 2024 and has been the Head of Learning and Development at ENGIE since November 2017. Previously, Cowell held leadership roles in Learning and Talent, as well as Learning Experience at Equans UK & Ireland from August 2021 to March 2024. Cowell's experience includes significant positions at Keepmoat Regeneration, where responsibilities spanned from Learning & Development Manager to Group Learning & Development Manager from May 2014 to May 2018. Additional roles include Learning & Development Manager at United House and National Training Manager at Keepmoat Limited, along with training and advisory positions at The Apollo Group and various roles at the Environment Agency from October 1998 to March 2008.
