Tom Garceau

Tom Garceau is an experienced operations manager and project management professional with a career spanning over three decades in the electrical engineering and construction industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager - Substation at M. J. Electric, LLC since May 2003, Tom oversees multiple project managers and a superintendent to provide comprehensive substation construction services across Wisconsin and the Yoop. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at M. J. Electric, Lead Testing Engineer at Power Technical Services, Testing Engineer/Coordinator at Schneider Electric, and Electrical Project Engineer at Wolverine Power Cooperative. Tom began their career in the Marine Corps as a Sergeant specializing in the Hawk Missile System.
