Cris Quincy Schmit

Quincy Schmit, CRIS, is an accomplished operations leader with a diverse background in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Operations Manager at Wholesure since August 2024, Quincy previously held key managerial roles at M.J. Hall & Company Insurance Brokers from May 2016 to September 2024, overseeing both operations and broker's assistants. Quincy also gained valuable experience as an Account Executive at Todd Garibaldi Insurance and as a Marine Broker in Commercial Lines at Hull & Company. Early career experience includes a producing role at Norman-Spencer Agency, contributing to a well-rounded expertise in insurance operations. Quincy graduated from Linden High School in 2011.
