Kwezi Apollo FMVA® is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience at M-KOPA since July 2017, currently serving as the Group Senior Finance Business Partner for Operations. This role includes overseeing finance operations across various countries including Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, and the UK, while managing fixed overheads, modeling business case scenarios, and tracking commission expenditures. Previous roles at M-KOPA include Financial Controller for Inventory & Consignment, where responsibilities included approving inventory-related purchase orders and managing inventory reporting. Kwezi began a career in finance as a Junior Finance Analyst and has also held positions as Finance Officer and Payments Analyst. Prior experience includes an internship in the Accounts section at the Uganda office of the President. Kwezi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Makerere University.
