Susan Katungwa Ndumbu

Susan Katungwa Ndumbu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee experience management, strategic relationship consulting, and talent development. Currently serving as Manager of Employee Experience at M-KOPA since August 2023, Susan previously worked as a Strategic Relationship Consultant at LRMG, focusing on learning and talent development for digital learning solutions. At Career Connections Ltd, from March 2016 to April 2022, Susan held multiple roles, including Associate Consultant for Leadership Coaching and Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities encompassed designing competency frameworks, executing leadership development programs, and managing client relationships. Earlier career experience includes working as a Conservation Officer at the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife and an internship as an Account Manager at Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Humanities and Social Sciences with a focus on Sociology and Psychology from the University of Nairobi.
