Heather Pelc

Heather Pelc is an experienced professional in billing and accounts receivables, currently serving as a Billing Supervisor and Receivables at M.L. Chartier since October 2021. Previously, Heather held multiple positions at Universal Intermodal Services, Inc., including Chassis/Per Diem Supervisor, Fleet Coordinator, Per Diem Representative, and Contractor Settlements from September 2010 to October 2021. Heather also worked at Victoria's Secret as a Customer Service Specialist from April 2009 to November 2014 and gained early experience as waitstaff at Zuccaro's Banquets and Catering from August 2005 to August 2009. Heather pursued education at the University of Detroit Mercy from 2007 to 2009 and earned an Associate's degree in General Studies at Macomb Community College between 2010 and 2011.
