Shannon Carver is the Director of Human Resources for ML Crane Group. In her role, she will lead the HR team in supporting the needs of all ML Crane Group companies and people.

Shannon has 16 years of experience in the Human Resources field with 12 of those years being in the Construction Industry. She is passionate about supporting people and making sure they have the right tools and knowledge to successfully complete their work.
