Rizwana Zahir

Rizwana Zahir currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at M. N. Dastur & Co. (P) Ltd. since September 2024, following a long career at Tata Teleservices, where Rizwana held the positions of Vice President Human Resources and DGM from 2004 until August 2024. Additionally, Rizwana is a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Coach, having completed certification in October 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as Deputy Manager at Tata Global Beverages from October 1997 to May 2004. Rizwana Zahir holds a PGDM in Human Resources and Finance from the Assam Institute of Management, as well as two Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Engineering from Dibrugarh University and in Computer Science and Technology from Jorhat Engineering College.
