Andrew MacDonald

Andrew MacDonald is an experienced Organization & Conflict Management Consultant with a background in Organization Development and Organizational Behavior consulting for various federal clients. He has held roles such as Chief Management Officer, Vice President of Business Administration, and Director of People Operations. Andrew has also worked as an Engagement Manager focusing on conflict management, large group facilitation, and leadership development for the Department of Justice and Department of Energy. Currently, he is serving as a Mediator & Conflict Management Coach at Pollack Peacebuilding Systems. In the past, he was the Operations Integrity Manager at Xerox, where he managed quality and performance improvement and human resource operations. Andrew holds a Master of International Law in Human Rights and Dispute Resolution from the University of Sydney, an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Technology Sydney, and a BSc. in Physiology and Psychology from The University of Western Australia.
