Tina Engineer-McRae

Tina Engineer-McRae has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tina is currently a Founding Member of Girls Inc. of Greater Miami, where they are involved in supporting and empowering girls to build confident futures. Tina also holds the position of Founder & President of M SEARCH, an executive search and leadership advisory firm that focuses on providing quality recruitment services. Additionally, they are a Founding Member of Chief, a private network dedicated to empowering and advancing women leaders. Prior to these roles, Tina served as Vice President of Sales & Operations at Adecco and Senior Branch Manager at Manpower UK & US.

Tina Engineer-McRae holds a BA Honors degree in Business, Finance, and Languages from the University of Wolverhampton. Tina is also a Certified Women-Owned Business, obtained in 2022 from WBENC.
