Hayley Harrod

Hayley Harrod is a skilled motorsport professional with a substantial background in rally and motorsport engineering. Currently serving as a Junior Rally Technician at M-Sport Ltd since April 2022, Hayley is involved in rally car preparation and event support, traveling globally for world rally events. Additionally, since September 2017, Hayley has contributed as an Assistant Race Day Mechanic for a Ford Escort rallycross car in the BTRDA and 5 Nations Rallycross Championship, assisting a talented driver who has achieved numerous competition victories across the UK. Earlier experience includes a role in Engineering Plant Support at Cummins Inc. from July 2019 to August 2020. Hayley holds a degree in motorsport engineering from Coventry University, earned from 2017 to 2021.
