Darin Sargent

Darin Sargent is an experienced leader with a strong background in coaching and community engagement. As the Founder and CEO of ThumbUp Foundation since January 2009, Darin has dedicated efforts to promote positive change. In June 2023, Darin expanded leadership skills as an Executive Leadership Coach at M Squared Talent Solutions. As a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team since March 2020, Darin enhances professional development for individuals and organizations. Previous experience includes serving as Pastor at North Point Worship Center from March 2005 to March 2021. Darin holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from Hope International University, earned between 2015 and 2017, and graduated from Kimberly High School in 1987.
