Kevin Downey

Kevin Downey is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in construction management and quality assurance. Currently, Kevin serves as a Project Manager at both MJ Evans Construction and M.V. Kelly Ltd, having transitioned from a Quality Engineer role at M.V. Kelly Ltd earlier in 2023. Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Quality Compliance Manager at Westpoint Construction and has extensive experience as a Site Manager at both ATD Homes and The Elliott Thomas Group. Kevin's career in construction began at Gaj Construction, where Kevin worked as a Site Manager for eight years. Kevin's educational journey commenced at Ernesford Grange.
