Renata Matkazina is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the retail sector. Currently serving as the Head of HR BP for M.Video since December 2020, Renata has previously held key positions such as Head of HR at X5 Retail Group and Executive Team Lead Human Resources at DIXY Group. Renata's career also includes significant roles in recruitment management at several companies, including General Recruitment Manager at the Central Distribution Company and Senior Recruitment Manager at Transcompany. Renata holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and has completed several certifications in coaching, time management, and management practices.
