Shr Bart Spain

Bart Spain has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bart started their career in 2001 as a Store Manager at Trail West, Inc, where they managed two downtown locations. In 2003, they joined XTRA Lease LLC as an Assistant Operations Manager, assisting with trailer orders, inspections, repairs, and customer billing. Bart then moved on to The M&W Logistics Group, Inc in 2007, where they developed and implemented the HR Department and strategies as the Human Resource Manager. Bart later assumed the role of Vice President of HR and Safety, overseeing safety initiatives and creating annual goals. In 2013, Bart joined M&W Transportation as the VP of Recruiting. Overall, they have gained expertise in HR, operations management, and logistics throughout their career.

Bart Spain, PHR SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Management and Human Resource Management, which was obtained from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in the year 2001. In addition to their degree, Bart also possesses the Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification, obtained in June 2010 from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
