Hermann Padovani

Hermann Padovani has extensive experience as a European Trademark Attorney at M. Zardi & Co. SA since September 2008, specializing in trademark availability searches, legal opinions, national and international trademark procedures, and intellectual property portfolio audits. Hermann also served as a Lecturer in Intellectual Property Law at SUPSI - University of Applied Sciences of Southern Switzerland from June 2007 to June 2010. Prior experience includes working as an Intellectual Property Consultant at Kemia SA Trademark & Patent Attorneys from March 2006 to August 2008, focusing on the filing and prosecution of patents and trademarks, as well as providing legal and contract consultancy. Hermann holds a Master in Intellectual Property Law from Politecnico di Milano and has completed legal training at Just Legal Services, alongside undergraduate education from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria and the University of Lapland.
