Claudine Oldengott has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Claudine started their career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Stella McCartney, where they gained experience in store operations and customer relations. Claudine then interned at Commerzbank AG, where they contributed to the Corporate Banking Department's daily work.

Claudine then co-founded and served as CEO at velo easy & easy locker I Smart Urban Solutions GmbH before transitioning to a role as a Human Resources Consultant at Michael Page. Claudine successfully recruited top talent for a range of clients and built strong relationships with hiring managers.

At Moss | Spend smarter, Claudine worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and later as the Talent Acquisition Lead. In these roles, they led a team of talent acquisition specialists, developed recruitment strategies, and implemented diversity and inclusion initiatives. Claudine also managed the onboarding process and analyzed recruitment metrics.

Most recently, Claudine has taken on the role of People & Talent Lead (Interim) at M^0 Labs.

Claudine Oldengott obtained their Master's degree in International Business from Hult International Business School, starting in 2013 and graduating in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in German-French from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. As part of their undergraduate studies, they also pursued a double-degree in International Business at Excelia between 2011 and 2012.
