Stefan Kleff

Stefan Kleff has a diverse background in technology and leadership roles. Stefan is currently the CTO of M^ZERO LABS_ since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the CTO of CrossLend GmbH from 2019-2023, where they implemented a SaaS microservice platform and led the transition to a remote-first approach. Before that, Stefan was the CTO of Wine in Black GmbH from 2016-2019 and the CTO & Founder of goalio UG from 2011-2016. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at webXells GmbH, Senior Full Stack Developer at Tunngle.net GmbH, and Graduate Student Research Assistant at Hasso Plattner Institute. Stefan also gained experience as a Student Research Assistant at FernUniversität in Hagen and as a Junior Full Stack Developer (Part Time) at Login Lanstation GmbH.

Stefan Kleff has a diverse educational background. Stefan obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering and IT Systems Engineering from the Hasso Plattner Institute from 2009 to 2011. In 2009, they also pursued a program on Design Thinking at Stanford University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen from 2005 to 2009. Stefan has also acquired various certifications, including ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation and Practitioner certifications, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits, Accounting Basics, Project management planning and controlling, and Certified Data Privacy Officer.
