Joshua Sim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), and design. Currently serving as the Head of CX/UX and Design at M1 Limited since April 2022, Joshua previously held significant roles at VMLY&R Asia, including Head of Experience Design and Creative Director for Platforms & Experiences. Previous experience also includes serving as the Associate Director and Creative Lead for Digital Experience & Design at Singtel, as well as various creative positions at VML Qais and Spoon Creative. Joshua's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Graphic Design from Birmingham City University and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic. Additionally, Joshua has pursued artistic studies at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, earning a certificate in Western Painting.
