Marko Cetkovic

Marko Cetkovic is an experienced executive in digital transformation and program management, currently serving as Chief Digital Officer and Head of the Program Management Office at M1 Limited since October 2021. Previously, Marko held various senior roles at Telenor, including Director of Professional Services and Customer Care, where responsibilities encompassed global category management and stakeholder management. Marko has also led project management offices in Hungary and Serbia, focusing on BSS and digital transformation programs, vendor management, and customer journey design. Marko's early career included significant contributions to IT service delivery and transformation initiatives, including a pioneering IT/BSS transformation project. Marko holds a B.S. in Telecommunications, Electronics, and Computer Sciences from Univerzitet Crne Gore.
