Tiyona Ann Thampan

Tiyona Ann Thampan has diverse work experience, starting with their current position at M2 as a Client Onboarding specialist since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at NatWest Group for several years, holding various roles. From October 2020 to July 2022, Tiyona worked as a Subject Matter Expert, utilizing their expertise to improve organizational efficiency by identifying suitable technical solutions and documenting processes. Tiyona also served as a Senior Process Analyst from September 2018 to October 2020, and as a Process Analyst from September 2016 to September 2018. In these positions, they carried out validation, reviewed business customer applications, ensured compliance with banking and anti-money laundering regulations, and facilitated the opening of business accounts.
