Victor R.

Victor R. has a strong background in technology and management, with significant experience as a Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director. Victor recently served as the Chief Technology Officer at M2 since August 2022. Before that, they held the same role at KuCoin Exchange from May 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Victor worked at Nordea as a Managing Director from March 2016 to May 2019, where they were responsible for the trading, pricing, and risk management platform for derivative products. Victor managed engineering teams of over 300 software engineers. Victor also has previous experience at Microsoft, where they served as a Principal Software Engineering Manager from September 2004 to March 2016, leading a large team in the design and development of a cloud-based online payment platform.

Victor R. began their education in 2000 at the University of Skövde, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science in 2004. In 2018, they attended Webster University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management by 2020.
