Sarah Dunsford

Sarah Dunsford is a Managing Director at M2. She is driven by the goal of building a collaborative work environment and mentoring her teams to deliver dynamic and innovative solutions that modernize and transform M2’s clients. She has over 20 years of scientific, strategy, and management expertise. She joined M2 after 14 years of service in NOAA’s Commissioned Officer Corps rising to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. In addition to her ecology and marine science expertise, she is an expert in the areas of portfolio and budget management, organizational health assessments, strategic planning, communications and change management, human capital and workforce planning.
