Sam Cavender

Sam Cavender, CPA, currently serves as an Associate at M25, an early-stage venture capital fund based in Chicago, since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst and Analyst at Apercen Partners LLC, where tax consulting services were provided to high-net-worth clients, and as a Senior Tax Associate and Tax Associate in various capacities. Prior to these roles, Sam contributed as a Tax Intern at Crowe Horwath LLP and engaged in academic support at the University of Notre Dame, serving as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant, while also mentoring first-year students. Education culminated in a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Applied Math from the University of Notre Dame in May 2018.
