Nannette Jover, PE has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nannette is currently working as the Engineering Director at m2e Consulting Engineers since July 2021, where they previously served as the Project Director from July 2020 to July 2021.
Before that, Nannette worked as a Volunteer at Voluntariado de Ingenieros y Profesionales starting from January 2020.
Prior to these roles, they were employed at McNamara Salvia Structural Engineers for a significant period. Nannette worked as a Project Engineer from August 2017 to July 2020 and as a Design Engineer from August 2013 to August 2017.
Nannette also has experience working as an Engineer III at Southern Nuclear Company from August 2011 to March 2012 and as a Materials of Civil Engineering Laboratory Instructor at the University of Puerto Rico from September 2010 to January 2011.
Nannette has additionally served as a Graduate Student Assistant at the Puerto Rico Strong Motion Program in March 2010 and as an Undergraduate Research Student at the University of Puerto Rico from August 2006 to May 2009. During their undergraduate research, Nannette studied Finite Element Analysis and modeling of composite materials, focusing on the development of models for ballistic impact and examining the effect of various factors on the energy absorption capabilities of foam core sandwich composites.
Nannette Jover, PE obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayaguez, during the period of 2004 to 2009. Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering, also from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayaguez, from 2009 to 2013.
