Rob Neill

Rob Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the agricultural industry, particularly in digital Agtech and crop protection. As a Member of the Board of Advisors at Ukko Agro Inc. since July 2019, Neill contributes to advancing predictive analytics to enhance sustainable farming. Neill also serves as a Consultant for Azyrus GmbH, advising agricultural startups and investors on business strategies in biological crop protection and digital agriculture. Additional roles include Board Member at BioSam Inc., Transition Manager - Plant Health Care and Head of International Agro at PI Industries Ltd, Non-Executive Director at M2I Life Sciences, Board Member at Wildbiene + Partner, and Member of the Commercial Advisory Board at Enko. Notably, Neill was the Chairman of the Board at Gamaya and held various leadership positions at Syngenta, including Head of Strategic Collaborations and Global Head of Crop Protection Marketing, from October 1998 to July 2019. Neill holds an MBA from York University and a BSc in Agriculture from the University of Guelph.
