Puru Kalia

Puru Kalia is a seasoned professional with a strong background in analytics and customer success, currently serving as the Lead Analyst - Implementation at M2P Fintech since July 2023. Prior to this role, Puru held various positions at LeadSquared from January 2019 to July 2023, including Lead Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Customer Success Executive, and Customer Success Intern. Puru gained early experience as a Radio Frequency Trainee at Reckon Infosystem Services and an Intern at Ericsson, working on a GSM project. Puru holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SRM IST Chennai, completed in 2019, and graduated from Vishwa Bharati Public School in 2015.
