Yadira Blackwell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data engineering and training development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Data Engineering and a Capability Manager at Optum since August 2020, Yadira has a robust background at Trover Solutions, where roles have included Lead Implementation Analyst, Director of Training & Development, and Training Manager, among others. Responsibilities have encompassed liaising between technology and business teams, managing corporate training programs, and implementing learning solutions.
