Justine Yi

Justine Yi began their work experience in 2016 as a Housing Ambassador at Georgia State University. Justine then served as a Golf Club Server at Druid Hills Golf Club from May 2018 to April 2019. In 2019, Justine worked as a Data Analytics Intern at Parkside Mill Inc, dba Park Tavern, where they developed a database system using Microsoft Access and conducted business data analysis. Justine concurrently worked at Surgical Information Systems from September 2019 to March 2022, first as a Client Support Analyst Tier 2, diagnosing and troubleshooting cases, and maintaining detailed records, and then as a Technical Content Specialist, creating content using the WalkMe application and providing informational material to educate clients. Justine's most recent role was as a Digital Adoption Analyst at M3 starting in June 2023.

Justine Yi earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Georgia State University. Justine attended the university from 2015 to 2019.
