Mark Foohey

Mark Foohey is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Senior Mechanical Engineering/Studio Lead at M3 Design since September 2005, Mark ensures quality and consistency in team deliverables while mentoring junior engineers. Previous positions include Senior Mechanical Engineer at Smart Design, where Mark led mechanical engineering efforts for product development, and earlier roles that involved managing projects and designing parts for manufacturing at M3 Design and Design Edge. Mark's foundational experience includes designing custom parts at Reich America, Inc., and running flight simulations for McDonnell Douglas on Space Shuttle software. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
