Melissa Santos

Melissa Santos has a long and diverse work experience. Melissa began their career in 2003 as a Medical Secretary for a Dermatology Practice. In 2007, they began working as an Intern for Eliran Murphy Group, where they assisted Account Managers and Executives with proofreading ads, media research, budget, etc., and attended client meetings and provided meeting notes. Later that same year, they began working at HealthBridge as an Account Coordinator, where they were chosen after 8 months to manage two clients while the Account Director was on leave. Melissa also generated various reporting, client invoicing, and documentation. In 2010, they began working at MediMedia USA as a Sr. Project Manager, where they were the primary client contact for multiple Pharmaceutical partners and worked closely with sales in implementing, supporting, and expanding business. Finally, in 2012, they began working at M3 Health as the Director of Client Services, where they were the primary client contact for multiple Pharmaceutical partners in deploying software products and support services for ongoing maintenance. Melissa managed internal and client deliverables to ensure projects launch on target and within budget.

Melissa Santos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
