Mona Kölsch

Mona Kölsch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and change management. Currently serving as Manager Transformation & Change at m3 management consulting GmbH since May 2020, Mona leads agile transformations and organizational design for various industries. Previously, Mona worked as a Lecturer in Change Management at CBS International Business School, imparting knowledge on individual and organizational change and agile strategies. Notably, during a five-year tenure at TUI, Mona progressed from Programme Management Analyst intern to Senior Agile Coach, driving agile initiatives and enhancing customer service strategies. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Business Psychology from FOM University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management from Fontys Venlo University, complemented by a minor abroad at the University of Plymouth.
