Kathy Henrich

Kathy Henrich is a board member at M3 Insurance and a senior manager at Accenture. Kathy has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and consulting industries.

Kathy began their career at Accenture in 1999, where they worked as a consultant for clients in the insurance industry. In their role, they helped clients redesign their organizations to support future workforce requirements. Kathy also developed organizational designs and talent strategies for clients transitioning to new technologies.

In January 2019, Kathy left Accenture to join the MKE Tech Hub Coalition, where they served as a board member. The coalition is a group of Milwaukee-based organizations that work to promote the city's tech industry. In this role, Kathy helped connect tech companies with resources and opportunities in the city.

In January 2020, Kathy returned to Accenture as a senior manager in the Talent and Organization consulting practice. In this role, they assist clients in creating agile organizations with the right skills, processes, and technologies for the Future of Work.

Kathy Henrich has a Master of Science from Louisiana State University in Workforce Talent Development, a Certificate in Data Driven Consulting from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a BA from the University of Northern Iowa in Marketing. Kathy also has certification from Josh Bersin Academy in People as Competitive Advantage, Acclaim Badging in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM in IBM Volunteers - Gold - 500 hours, IBM Selling Profession Certification - Level II Expert, and the Association of Strategic Alliance Profesionals Certification of Achievement-Alliance Management.
