Nicole Faust

Nicole Faust is an experienced Employee Benefits Client Manager II at M3 Insurance since March 2021. Prior to this role, Nicole served as a Human Resources Generalist at M-B from January 2020 to March 2021 and held the position of Human Resources/Media Specialist at Fond du Lac County from October 2018 to January 2020. Nicole began the career as a Corporate Human Resources Assistant at WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) from April 2015 to September 2018. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management with a Spanish minor and International Management emphasis from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, completed between 2010 and 2012, and an Associate of Arts and Science from the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac, earned from 2008 to 2010.
