Shad Trombley

Shad Trombley currently serves as the IT Manager at M3 Insurance, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Shad held multiple positions at Exact Sciences from December 2017 to February 2024, including Senior Manager of IT Support Services and IT Desktop Support Manager. Shad's career began at University Health Services at UW-Madison from May 2011 to November 2017 as IT Client Support Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing IT helpdesk requests, mentoring student employees, and acting as a liaison for technology enhancements. Earlier experience includes serving as an Information Systems Support Administrator at LifeSource from February 2006 to May 2011 and as a Systems Administrator at Target Financial Services from April 2002 to March 2005.
