Kelly Potvin

Kelly is passionate about teaming up with founders and management teams to solve all types of complex business problems in order to break down whatever barriers to growth they may face.

Prior to joining M33, Kelly spent over six years in SaaS operations at Applause – the global leader in testing and digital quality – and most recently served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, where she drove the definition and execution of Applause’s inorganic growth strategy and managed the company’s add-on portfolio pipeline. Throughout her tenure at Applause, Kelly served in a number of additional operational roles, including leading the team that managed Applause’s 1m+ global tester community and, before that, standing up the company’s first business intelligence function to help further embed a data-driven approach to operations and decision-making. Prior to Applause, Kelly worked in the Technology & Management Consulting practice at RSM US LLP, where she helped her clients achieve their business objectives through innovative solutions that aligned people, processes and technology.

Kelly graduated cum laude from Colby College with a dual B.A. in Economics and Government and a concentration in Financial Markets. While at Colby College, Kelly played on the varsity basketball and outdoor track & field teams and also worked as an undergraduate teaching assistant for the Economics department. A Massachusetts native, outside of work Kelly can be found on the golf course, at the dog park with her golden retriever, Mulligan, or at the Beachcomber.
