Ryan Kubacki

Ryan Kubacki is an advisor at M33 Growth. Prior to their current role, Ryan was the Chief Revenue Officer at Flexera, where they were part of the senior leadership team that doubled the company valuation from $1.4 billion to $2.9 billion in under three years, creating a successful financial exit for the PE firm and management team. Ryan led a global organization of 400 employees responsible for customer experience and company revenue. Ryan's team included sales, solution engineering, professional services, renewals, channel partners, sales operations & enablement, and customer success. Ryan also built a global customer success team from scratch.

Before Flexera, Ryan was the Chief Growth Officer at Vista Consulting Group (Vista Equity Partners), where they led VCG’s Go-to-Market Practice and designed and implemented best practices in strategy, marketing, sales, and customer success across the 60+ software companies owned by Vista.

Prior to VCG, Ryan served as the Chief Executive Officer at Holden International from October 2006 to January 2016. Before Holden, they were the Business & Marketing Officer for US Central Sales and Lead Product Manager in HQ at Microsoft from January 2002 to December 2006.
