Gary Longden, FAPI FRICS, serves as the Director of the Commercial team at m3property since August 2012, focusing on valuations of investment properties, particularly in CBD commercial buildings and car parks. With over 30 years of experience in valuation assignments, Gary previously held the position of Head of Valuations and Advisory for Victoria at Jones Lang LaSalle from 1987 to 2012, where significant expertise was developed in commercial investment properties, industrial properties, and special projects. Gary holds a degree in Property & Real Estate Agency with a specialization in Real Estate Agency and Valuations from RMIT University.
