Jackelyn Nagel has worked in the engineering field since 2013. Jackelyn started their career at Synthesis Technology Corp. as a Client Service Engineer. In 2015, they joined Conversant LLC as an Associate Client Integration Engineer and was promoted to Client Integration Engineer. In 2018, they joined Epsilon as a Manager, Client Integration Engineer, and was subsequently promoted to Lead Client Integration Engineer, Sr. Client Integration Engineer, and finally, Client Integration Engineer. Most recently, they joined m3ter in 2022 as a Customer Onboarding Engineer.

Jackelyn Nagel attended Dominican University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics and a Mathematics with Distinction degree. Jackelyn then attended Free Code Camp from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Full Stack Web Development Certification in Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, they have a Type 09 Illinois Teacher Certification.
