Vern Power

Vern Power is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at M7 Real Estate Ltd since December 2020, Vern oversees fund reporting. Prior to this, Vern was Finance Director at Kennedy Wilson from June 2014 to December 2020 and has held directorial positions at Cycling Ireland, the Chrysalis Community Drug Project, and KPMG Ireland, where responsibilities included significant roles in capital markets and transaction services. Vern's earlier career also includes positions as Finance Manager at Wilshire Financial Services Group and Manager at KPMG Belgium. Academic credentials include a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Newcastle.
