Seth Oakley

Seth Oakley began their work experience in 1999 as an Intern Architect at Daniel J. Frederick, Architects. Seth then worked as an Intern Architect at City of Worcester and Di Donato Associates in 2000 and 2001, respectively. In 2003, they held the role of Intern Architect at ka architecture before moving to Daniel J. Frederick, Architects again as an Intern Architect from September to December 2003. Seth joined Bodner & Kerik in 2004 as an Intern Architect. From 2004 to 2013, Seth worked at MA Design, starting as a Project Manager and eventually becoming an Associate and a Cincinnati Operations Manager. In 2014, they became the Director of Cincinnati Operations, and in 2016, they became the Principal and Director of Cincinnati Operations at MA Design.

Seth Oakley attended Edison High School from 1994 to 1997, where they did not obtain any specific degree or field of study. Following high school, Seth attended Firelands College, B.G.S.U. from 1995 to 1997 and obtained their H.S. Diploma. During their time at Firelands College, Seth studied sociology, psychology, Spanish, and English. Seth went on to further their education at the University of Cincinnati from 1997 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree in the field of Architecture.

In addition to their formal education, Seth Oakley has obtained numerous certifications. In 2008, they became a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) through the US Green Building Council and the Green Building Certification Institute. In 2009, Seth became a Certified AutoCAD Professional through Autodesk Inc. In 2010, they became a Registered Architect in the State of Ohio through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Seth also obtained NCARB membership in the same year. In 2012, Seth earned the title of Certified Revit Professional through Autodesk Inc. In 2014, Seth became a member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA). Seth also obtained their Registered Architect license in the State of Kentucky in 2015 through the State of Kentucky Architects's Board. Seth obtained their Registered Architect licenses in the State of Texas and the State of Georgia in 2016 through the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners and the State of Georgia, respectively. Most recently, in 2017, Seth obtained their Registered Architect license in the State of Florida through the State of Florida.
