Madelaine Promnitz

Madelaine Promnitz is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Executive in the Partner & Client Group at Pacific Equity Partners, focusing on private equity, capital raising, and investor relations since February 2021. Previous roles include Finance Associate at KPMG from November 2019 to January 2021, and Accountant at the Institute of Managers and Leaders from June 2016 to November 2019. Madelaine began a career in finance as an Assistant Accountant at Initiative Capital Pty Ltd from July 2015 to June 2016, following a position as Administration Coordinator at Milton Park Country House Hotel and Spa from August 2014 to July 2015. Academically, Madelaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance from The University of Queensland, awarded with Dean’s Commendation for Academic Excellence, as well as an exchange degree from HEC Montréal supported by an Academic Excellence Scholarship.
