Tarek Elarif

Tarek Elarif is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at MA Financial Group since July 2022, Tarek previously held similar roles at Pendal Group from August 2019 to May 2022, where duties included Deputy Company Secretary, and at Crestone Wealth Management from November 2016 to August 2019 as Legal Counsel. Tarek began a legal career at Macquarie Group from February 2011 to November 2016, focusing on commercial banking within the Banking & Financial Services Group, and also undertook a secondment as an Associate Lawyer at Allens in early 2016. Tarek's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Technology Sydney, complemented by admission as a Solicitor by the Supreme Court of NSW.
