Jeremy Segal

Jeremy Segal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as M&A Science Faculty since August 2022, Jeremy is actively involved in transforming the M&A industry through community learning initiatives. As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Progress since May 2020, responsibilities include sourcing, executing, and integrating M&A activities that align with the company's business strategy. Previously, Jeremy held significant roles at LogMeIn as Global Head of Corporate Development and Vice President, and at Akamai Technologies as Vice President of Corporate Development, where expertise in M&A, strategic investments, and corporate strategy was developed. Jeremy's career began as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and educational qualifications include dual MBA degrees in Strategy and Corporate Finance, and Finance and Strategy from Cornell University and the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, as well as an AB in Government and Economics from Bowdoin College.
